Pam Bilbrey The Table Group Consulting Partners

A management consultant,
speaker, coach and author
motivating individuals, teams
and organizations to greater success.

Are you maximizing your skills and talent on a daily basis? Have you tapped into the energy, enthusiasm and commitment of those you lead? Is your organization performing at its fullest potential?

In today’s competitive environment, nothing less than an emphatic “yes!” will do. It is more important than ever that every member of the organization fully maximize their skills, talents and potential to drive business results.

Nationally known for her professional achievements and thought leadership, Pam understands how to implement the requirements of high performance. She has consulted with hundreds of organizations designing customized strategies that leverage the unique strengths and parlay the opportunities for improvement into extraordinary success.

She is one of only a handful of Consulting Partners that have been trained and endorsed by Patrick Lencioni, New York Times best-selling author of The Five Dysfunctions of a Team and President of The Table Group. Her work with the Table Group addresses issues of team and organizational effectiveness.

Pam delivers her signature expertise in consulting sessions, keynote presentations, workshops and individual coaching conversations.

About the Series
Longtime Pensacola news personality Jeff Weeks is the host of a new weekly series on WSRE. Filmed in high definition, the program is a half-hour in length and is “personality-driven,” featuring in-depth discussions with unique individuals and leading newsmakers from all walks of life. “I want people to walk away feeling inspired and engaged by the individuals they meet on the program, but also to take away information they can actually use in their everyday lives,” states Jeff Weeks, series host.
